Free 30min consultation
If you would like to meet up with David for a chat about your health and fitness goals and how personal training can help you, simply book up a free 30min consultation to answer all your questions.
Fitness assessment - £35.00
This will commit your Health & fitness goals to paper, and will include static and dynamic health and fitness tests to establish your current fitness level. This helps in the design of an appropriate personal training programme for your requirements.
Personal Training (two sessions or more per week) - £30.00 per session
No gym membership required. Each personal training session is 60 minutes and is designed to progress you towards your ultimate goal in a safe, fun and effective manner. The more sessions that you are able to have with me, the faster you will see results, and the better they will be.
Home Training (single session) - £40.00 per session
Home Training (two sessions or more per week) - £35.00 per session
Each 60 minute session will be designed around your individual goals and the space that you have available (you don't need much). Again, the more regularly you are able to train with me, the better and faster your results.
Small Group Training
£20 per person per session (2 people)
£15 per person per session (3 or 4 people)
Training with your friends can be a real motivator and is a great way to save money and enjoy fun exercise. Warning, Sessions can become very competitive!!
Circuit Training Class - £5.00 per session
Every Wednesday night from 7-8pm
Venue - Great Barton Freech Church, Mill Road, IP31 2RU
No need to book, just turn up on the night.
